Corporate Services will provide the business infrastructure for SOCA to maintain and develop operational capability. Corporate Services will adopt an integrated approach providing support to the business through sound financial planning and management, modern infrastructure, efficient logistical support and trained motivated staff. All of this will be done whilst maintaining the agency’s integrity.
