The Foreign Secretary David Miliband updated the Commons today on SOCA's investigation into the fraudulent use of British passports in the killing of Mahmud al-Mabhuh on 19 January 2010.
Mr Miliband confirmed that SOCA's report would not be released in full. He summarised its findings and the action the Government will be taking in response.
The report concluded that the passports used were copied from genuine British passports when handed over for inspection to individuals linked to Israel, either in Israel or in other countries.
The Foreign Secretary's full statement is available on the FCO website.
