Who can apply
Anyone can apply providing you have the correct qualifications, skills and experience as stated on each advert. Salaries
Please see individual adverts for salaries.

Secondments
Vacancies – please check each individual advert to see if it is open on secondment.
Salaries – we can match salaries of candidates coming into SOCA as long as you are currently the same grade as the role you are applying for. i.e. SG5 – Constable/EO, SG4 – Sergeant/HEO.
Pensions - pensions are usually not affected as most forces will continue to pay for the candidate and then invoice SOCA. However, please check with your own HR/Payroll department to ensure you fully understand any pensions implications as this may vary between forces.
Funding – SOCA will fund secondments but Officers must get approval form their force before applying.
