Your welfare counts

We take the welfare of our staff seriously and consult them regularly on key issues such as pay and conditions of service. All staff have access to Occupational Health Advisors.

Under certain circumstances, and dependent on operational and business commitments, we can provide flexible working arrangements. These include flexitime, job sharing and compressed hours (working contracted hours over a shorter period).
